Arfi Azhari has experience in the areas of commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, competition law, bankruptcy and suspension of Debt payment obligations and corporate law. He has been involved in various litigation and dispute resolution matters, both before courts and through out-of-court proceedings. He has assisted clients in developing dispute resolution strategies, providing legal representation and assistance, and advising on various corporate and competition law matters. Prior to joining the firm, Arfi worked at several law firms in Indonesia for more than four years, where he handled various litigation, dispute resolution, and corporate matters. Arfi is a licensed Advocate admitted to practice in Indonesia and holds an Advocate License issued by PERADI (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia/Indonesian Advocates Association).
