Bill Joseph Lintang, S.H., has experience in the areas of competition law, commercial litigation, debt restructuring through Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) and bankruptcy, as well as corruption-related matters. He has been involved in various dispute resolution matters, both in and out of court, including conducting legal analysis and case assessments, developing legal strategies, providing legal advice, and preparing legal documents and submissions. He has also represented and assisted clients throughout legal proceedings, while advising clients on managing legal risks and pursuing effective resolutions to protect their legal interests. Bill is a licensed Advocate admitted to practice in Indonesia and holds an Advocate License issued by PERADI (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia/Indonesian Advocates Association).
