Togu Febriansen Butar Butar has experience in the areas of corporate and capital markets. He has been involved in various corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings. He has handled initial public offering transactions for companies in the manufacturing and learning centre sectors, as well as acquisition transactions involving companies in the healthcare, medical devices, and cosmetics industries. Prior to joining the firm, Togu worked at a law firm in Indonesia for more than three years, where he handled various corporate and transactional matters. Togu is a licensed Advocate admitted to practice in Indonesia and holds an Advocate License issued by PERADI (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia/Indonesian Advocates Association).
